Federica Mogherini says it is important that the EU cooperates with Balkan countries in preventing and combating radicalization and terrorism.

Turkey's European Union membership accession talks will continue, said EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini on Monday, underlining Ankara's role as a partner in the region.

"We are continuing to talk with Turkey," Mogherini said in the northwestern Slovenian town of Bled, where she came for the 2017 Bled Strategic Forum.

Serbia's President Aleksandar Vucic will respond to the invitation of European diplomacy chief Federico Mogherini on Aug. 31 to visit Brussels, reported Kurier, quoted by BTA.
