German theater group Rimini Protokoll comes to Athens with its latest documentary play, produced by Stefan Kaegi to mark the 60th anniversary of the Cuban Revolution. The play, essentially a dialogue between the past and the future, recreates the utopian vision of the Cuban Revolution, and its disappointments, with history rewritten by the grandchildren of Castro and his comrades.

Bubble Jam | Athens | November 24 - April 21

Daniel Wetzel of the pioneering Berlin-based theater collective Rimini Protokoll returns to Greece's Onassis Cultural Center with "Bubble Jam," an interactive experiment that invites the audience to act as members of a digital cloud that explores itself and the different dynamics of a group of people sharing ideas, decisions and information online. Doors open at 7 p.m.

Evros Walk Water 1 & 2 | Athens | May 3-8

Daniel Wetzel and Rimini Protokoll - leading proponents of the "theater of reality" - join forces at the Onassis Cultural Center for the Fast Forward Festival, presenting "Evros Walk Water 1 & 2," a performance that follows the paths of unaccompanied child migrants on their journeys to Europe and uses John Cage as a reference point.
