Protest in Front of the Russian Embassy in Sofia
A protest is currently underway in front of the Russian Embassy in Sofia against Russia's actions in Ukraine.
The protest started at 18.00 p.m. It is organized by the former MP in the 45th and 46th National Assembly Tsetska Bachkova. The civil discontent is entitled: "Putin, stop".

Putin Received Permission to use the Russian Army Abroad
A request for the use of Russian armed forces abroad by President Vladimir Putin in the Federation Council (upper house of parliament) has been approved. Such a request came a little earlier today, as previously announced by Senate President Valentina Matvienko.
According to her, the Council will consider the request in an open session.

"It will be done in the future," he said.
He added that the use of the army outside the borders of Russia was signed, which means that it will help those republics militarily as well.
Putin said that Moscow had talked with Western countries and the EU, and that the conflict was not being discussed.

Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky said earlier today that Kiev could sever diplomatic relations with Russia after Moscow decided to recognize two regions of eastern Ukraine as independent, Reuters reports.
