Outgoing Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte is the clear front-runner to become NATO's next chief, even though a shock far-right win at elections in his homeland risks tarnishing his legacy.

BELGRADE - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic will meet with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg in Belgrade on Tuesday, the presidential press office has announced.

They will meet at the General Secretariat of the President of the Republic at 9.30 am.

Vucic and Stoltenberg will then hold a joint press conference at 9.50 am.
