BELGRADE -- SRS deputy leader Nemanja Šarović says Vojislav Šešelj's return to Serbia "will not cause chaos, but will only destabilize the traitorous regime."
He pointed out that he spoke with Šešelj on the phone on Monday morning, when Šešelj told him he did not know when he would return to Serbia.

BELGRADE -- It will be known on Monday when the leader of the Serb Radical Party (SRS) Vojislav Šešelj will return to Serbia, Rasim Ljajić has said.
The head of the Commission for Cooperation with the Hague Tribunal (ICTY) and the deputy prime minister noted that Šešelj will most likely arrive on Tuesday.

ICTY publishes Serbian letter of guarantees for Seselj
THE HAGUE - The International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) has published a letter by President of the National Council for Cooperation with the ICTY Rasim Ljajic concerning Serbia's willingness to provide guarantees for Vojislav Seselj's possible provisional release, on condition that Seselj complies with all the requirements set by the relevant Trial Chamber.

THE HAGUE -- The Hague Tribunal has asked Holland and Serbia to, by 18:00 hours CET, declare themselves on providing guarantees for Vojislav Šešelj's temporary release.
The court said it received "additional confidential information" that indicate Šešelj's health has deteriorated.
