United Nations Fact Finding Mission on the Gaza Conflict

The Netherlands must stop delivering parts for F-35 fighter jets used by Israel in the Gaza Strip, after a Dutch court Monday upheld an appeal by human rights organisations.

The groups had argued that supplying the parts contributed to alleged violations of international law by Israel in its war with Hamas.

Citizens in Israel are terrified and speechless, trying to understand the inability of the army and its secret services to confront Hamas terrorism, while Greece and Turkey are working on mutual respect and cooperation based on NATO military confidence building measures.

Israel is lobbying member-states of the International Criminal Court to cut funding for the tribunal in response to its launch of an inquiry into possible war crimes in the Palestinian territories, officials said on Jan. 18.
