Two deaths bring Greece’s Covid-19 toll to 177

Greece’s coronavirus death toll rises to 143
Greece's death toll from the novel coronavirus has climbed to 143 after three patients, all male, died on Saturday.
Two of the patients, aged 83 and 85, died at Athens' NIMTS Navy Hospital. The third patient died at the capital's Sotiria Hospital. He was 57.
All of them suffered from pre-existing medical conditions.

Tsiodras warns against complacency

Coronavirus deaths reportedly rise to 17
The death toll from the coronavirus epidemic in Greece has reportedly risen to 17 after two patients passed away in the past 24 hours.
The two patients were a 64-year-old man who was being treated at a hospital in Rio and a 78-year-old man at the capital's Sotiria hospital, according to Skai.
Both had been in critical condition.

Drug gangs moving into inner city
Residents and shopowners in and around Koumoundourou Square in central Athens are up in arms as the area has become the playground of drug smugglers and gangs, with the stench of a place abandoned by authorities.
Locals are bemoaning the area's downhill turn as in recent years it had shed its shady reputation as a drug gang hangout.
