Vucic, Scannapieco: EIB fully supports Serbia

BELGRADE - Serbian PM Aleksandar Vucic on Monday spoke with European Investment Bank (EIB) Vice-President Dario Scannapieco, who praised the very good results of the Serbian government's economic policy, expressing readiness on behalf of the EIB to fully support the further reform process in Serbia.

The meeting primarily focused on implementing joint projects of the EIB and the Serbian government, including reconstruction and construction of four clinical hospital centres - in Belgrade, Nis, Novi Sad and Kragujevac, a government statement said.

They also discussed projects in the fields of infrastructure, social housing and migration, as well as projects aimed at strengthening the infrastructure needed for development of research and innovation in the IT sector.
