Refrain from harsh words, Vucic urges after Oric acquittal

BELGRADE - Serbia will have to fight for justice on its own, President Aleksandar Vucic said following the acquittal of Naser Oric, the wartime commander of Srebrenica, urging for refraining from harsh words.

"Serb lives are clearly not worth the same as the lives of others," Vucic told a press conference, adding the Justice Ministry would react to the Oric acquittal but that, as president, he was supposed to refrain from making the harshest possible statements.
