Three Turks drowned at Spanish resort during education project
Two hearing impaired Turkish students and one teacher were drowned on April 13 in the Spanish resort of Marbella, where they had been involved in an education program.
?akir Çelik, 19, Serdar Fidan, 18, and computer teacher Ümit Nalbant, 30, were drowned at sea, while 17-year-old student Hur?it Özbay was rescued by lifeguards at the last minute.
Two Drown at Bulgarian Black Sea Beaches
Two men have drowned at Bulgarian Black Sea beaches on Sunday.
According to local police reports, a 73-year old man from Sofia has drowned at the beach in Primorsko, 50 km from the city of Burgas, dnes.bg reported on Monday.
The name of the man was not released.

Turkey third in world with 397 blue flagged beaches
Turkey has been chosen third in the world in 2014 with its 397 blue-flagged beaches, according to the Chamber of Shippingâs (DTO) Ä°zmir Branch.
In 2012, the number of blue-flagged beaches in Turkey was 355, marinas 19 and yachts 13, while in 2013 the number of blue-flagged beaches numbered 383, marinas 21 and yachts 13.
Widespread Violations Found at 97 Bulgaria's Beaches
A total of 80 violations have been found during the inspection of 97 beaches along Bulgaria's Black Sea coast last month, Regional Development Minister Desislava Terzieva said.
The most common violations concern the provision of lifeguarding services, as well as medical care irregularities, 24 Chasa informs.
