ROME - Serbia's Novak Djokovic, the world number one in men's tennis singles, will be seeded in the first round of the Rome Masters tournament and was on Monday drawn to face the winner of the tie between Russian Roman Safiullin and a qualifier in the second round.
Djokovic is the top seed at the tournament.

He will next face Bulgarian Grigor Dimitrov, who defeated Monegasque Valentin Vacherot 7-5, 6-2.

Kecmanovic loses to Shang in Miami opener
MIAMI - Serbian tennis player Miomir Kecmanovic is out of the Miami Masters tournament after a 7-6 (7-5), 4-6, 7-6 (7-5) defeat to China's Shang Juncheng in the first round on Thursday.

ACAPULCO - Serbian tennis player Miomir Kecmanovic lost 6-2, 6-2 to Briton Jack Draper in the quarter-finals of the ATP tournament in Acapulco on Friday.
Draper, who won after just 83 minutes of play, will next face Australian Alex de Minaur, who beat Greek Stefanos Tsitsipas 1-6, 6-3, 6-3.
The prize money in Acapulco is 2,206,080 dollars.
