The Turkish defense industry racked up impressive exports totaling $150 million to Tunisia at year's-end, the head of the country's Defense Industries Presidency (SSB) said on Dec. 24.
Turkish defense giant expands operations in Asia
Turkish defense giant Aselsan has signed a new agreement with Kazakhstan for its remotely operated stabilized weapon platform (SARP), boosting its operations in Central Asia, the firm said on April 20.
The defense firm's remotely operated weapon platforms are installed in 20 different countries, it said in a press release.

First indigenous ventilator to be delivered mid-month
A Turkish firm, supported by some other defense and technology firms, aims to deliver the first batch of domestically produced ventilators mid-April, said the country's industry and technology minister on April 3.

Turkish fighter jet to be displayed at Paris airshow
