The president of the UN war crimes court told Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic that Belgrade’s decision to allow freed war criminal Vladimir Lazarevic to lecture at the Serbian Military Academy was “unacceptable”.

BELGRADE - US Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Hoyt Brian Yee has had an open and positive conversation with Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, US Ambassador to Belgrade Kyle Scott said Wednesday, adding Yee had said Serbia should have good relations with Russia but also be a "hundred percent" committed to its goal of EU accession.

Serbian President and leader of the ruling SNS Aleksandar Vucic will on November 1 meet wit his closest associates, it has been confirmed.

The meeting will discuss whether to hold early parliamentary elections in Serbia, simultaneously with regular local elections in Belgrade.
