THE HAGUE - The trial chamber of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) will pronounce its judgement in the Ratko Mladic case on November 22, the Tribunal announced on Wednesday.

BELGRADE - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic on Tuesday received Israel's Ambassador Alona Fisher-Kamm, who noted that development of economic cooperation with Serbia was one of the top priorities for Israel.

Vucic expressed satisfaction with an increase in Israeli investments in Serbia, in particular in the construction sector, the presidential press office said.

The trial of former Serbian security chiefs Jovica Stanisic and Franko Simatovic was told that fighters allegedly controlled by the defendants detained and killed non-Serbs at a base in Croatia run by paramilitary boss Arkan.

The first instance ruling in the trial of Serb Republic Army (VRS) General Ratko Mladic will be announced on November 22, the Hague Tribunal has said.

Mladic was arrested in May 2011 after spending years of hiding. The trial before the tribunal in The Hague started in a year later.

Relatives of Serbs convicted of war crimes by the Bosnian state court said that experts in the country’s Serb-dominated Republika Srpska should review the verdicts, which they claim are biased.

At the trial of former Serbian security chiefs Jovica Stanisic and Franko Simatovic, a prosecution witness said that paramilitary boss Arkan’s unit - allegedly controlled by the defendants - murdered Croats in 1991.

Aleksandr Chepurin has stressed the need to, due to the scope of work, resolve the status of the Russian-Serbian Humanitarian Center (RSHC) as soon as possible.

Chepurin, Russia's ambassador in Belgrade, said this during a meeting with Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, the president's press service announced in a statement on Monday.

Aleksandar Vucic said on Monday in Belgrade that Serbia is ready to hold a trilateral meeting of representatives Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina.

According to the Serbian president, this meeting "may be the most important one for our countries, but also for the entire region of the Western Balkans."

BELGRADE - Serbia supports all that can contribute to reconciliation, stability and progress in the Western Balkan region, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said Friday at a meeting with Dagfinn Hoybraten, Secretary General of the Nordic Council of Ministers.

The US "needs to have a strong relationship with Serbia and must find ways to promote a partnership to help the stability of the broader Balkan region."

This is according to US Congressman Ted Poe, a Republican from Texas.
