Quitting smoking reduces anxiety, research shows

Smokers who successfully quit feel less anxious afterwards, according to new research from King’s College London in collaboration with the Universities of Southampton, Oxford and Cambridge.
The findings, published in the British Journal of Psychiatry, contradict a widely held belief that smoking relieves stress and giving up makes people feel more on edge.

William and Kate are Expecting a Third Child

The Dukes of Cambridge, William and Kate, are expecting a third child, said the Twitter profile of the Kensington palace, quoted by world agencies.

"The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are delighted to announce that the Duchess of Cambridge is expecting a third child, the Queen and the members of the two families are delighted by the news," the message said.

20 Years Since Princess Diana's Death

Tributes have been left at the gates of Kensington Palace, where thousands came to mourn the death of Princess Diana 20 years ago, Sky News writes. 

On the 31 August 1997 it was announced that Diana, Princess of Wales had died after a car she was travelling in crashed in the Pont de l'Alma tunnel in Paris. She was just 36 years old.

A British Court Sentenced Bulgarian Heroin Trafficker to 14 Years in Prison

British court sentenced Bulgarian citizen Vassil Stoyanov to 14 years in prison for GBP 11 million of heroin traffic, the British website kentonline.co.uk said.

The high-quality drug was discovered in the eastern docks of the Dover port during a check on a ferry arrived by a French Bulgarian lorry. On papers the truck was loaded with charcoal.
