BELGRADE - The 22th Kopaonik Business Forum titled "Serbia 2015-2030: New Vision for Industrialization of the Economy and Modernization of the Society" will begin on Tuesday, bringing together a record number of 600 participants.

For the last couple of years, I have had a bitter taste in my mouth while returning from the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos, worrying about Turkey.

Those times when Turkey was treated as the ?rising star? in the Davos sessions have been very much left behind.  

Prime Minister Ahmet Davuto?lu has gathered with leading figures of Turkey?s business world at a dinner on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum in Davos.

Cüneyt Zapsu, the head of Cuneyd Zapsu Consultancy Inc., and Fettah Tamince, owner of the Rixos hotels chain, hosted the dinner in honor of Davuto?lu.

DAVOS - Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic said in Davos, Switzerland, that Serbia's strategic, political and economic goal is to become part of the EU and to maintain good relations with all other countries.

PM hopeful of "finishing homework" by 2019

DAVOS -- Prime Minister Vucic has told Reuters that the strategic, political and economic objective of his country is to be a part of the EU.

Another objective was to preserve good relations with all other countries, he said.

Google boss Eric Schmidt predicted on Jan. 22 that the Internet will soon be so pervasive in every facet of our lives that it will effectively "disappear" into the background.
 

Participants in the annual Davos meetings, organized by the World Economic Forum (WEF), gather under several groups. One of these groups participates as ?world media leaders.? Eight years ago, they selected 100 media leaders from around the world based on a survey they held, after which they invited them every year. I was one of them.

DAVOS/BELGRADE - Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic and his Turkish counterpart Ahmet Davutoglu agreed on Thursday that more Turkish companies should be present in Serbia.

Vucic talked with Davutoglu in Davos about bilateral cooperation, economic one in particular, the Serbian government's press office stated in a release.
