Italy to Help Albania Stop Refugee Influx
Italian police are to help their counterparts in Albania stop a feared influx of refugees after countries on the so-called Balkan route closed their borders.
Worried that refugees may divert their route to Western Europe through Albania and the Adriatic Sea - ending up in Puglia - Italian authorities have decided to invest in preventing such a situation.

Libya's future threatened by 'terrifying' ISIL, says UN chief
U.N. Secretary General Ban Ki-moon has warned that the future of Libya, and the stability of the whole Sahel region, is at stake as it faces the "terrifying threat" of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).

A plane on a flight from Istanbul to Rome operated by the Turkish firm Pegasus Airlines made an unscheduled stop at Sarajevo on Feb. 25 to evacuate five drunken passengers who had insulted crew members, police said.
