Dutch investor acquires storied Corfu hotel
The storied Corfu Palace hotel has been sold to Dutch investment company Reggeborgh for a reported €30 million.
The deal was closed a few days ago after talks that lasted nearly a year. It is not the first property that Reggeborgh chairman Henry Holterman owns on the Ionian island.

Ellaktor reveals talks with pair of companies over possible sale of construction subsidiary Aktor
The Ellaktor infrastructure group, one of the largest in Greece and southeast Europe, on Monday confirmed an ot.gr report and announced that exclusive negotiations are underway with a pair of local companies for the sale of its subsidiary, major construction contractor Aktor.
The companies identified are Wade Adams Hellas SMSA and Adamas Group Ltd.
