Georgian PM: Our priority is to complete discussions on EU accession
Georgian Prime Minister, Irakli Garibashvili, on Friday stated at the Government House in Bucharest that the main priority of the Government in Tbilisi is to finalize talks on the accession to the European Union, also adding that the authorities in Bucharest have very much supported and continue to support this mission of Georgia.

Georgian FM Fears Russia's "Creeping Annexaion" of Breakaway Regions
Georgian Foreign Minister Tamar Beruchashvili expressed concern about Russia's "creeping annexation" of the two breakaway regions of Abkhazia and South Ossetia.
Beruchashvili was particularly concerned about the agreements Russia has signed with the two separatist regions, which aim at deepening integration, The Moscow Times reports.

Georgia Summons Ukrainian Ambassador over Controversial Appointment
Georgia summoned the Ukrainian ambassador to Tbilisi on Monday after the appointment of former Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili as an adviser to Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko.
Saakashvili, who served as President of Georgia between 2008 and 2013, has been charged in absentia with abuse of office and organising an attack on a lawmaker, Radio Free Europe reports.
Ukraine cease-fire or respite to war?
With news that moments after the Ukraine cease-fire went into effect, there were some serious violations, fingers were crossed with wishes that the "glimmer of hope" as described by Angela Merkel - who together with President François Hollande of France brokered the deal in talks in Minsk, Belarus with Presidents Vladimir Putin of Russia and Petro Poroshenko of Ukraine - will hold.
