EU Air Safety List re-evaluates the safest airlines

Only days after the adoption of a new Aviation Strategy for Europe,  the European Commission updated the EU Air Safety List, the list of airlines that are subject to an operating ban or operational restrictions within the European Union. This list is essential to guarantee the highest level of air safety for European citizens.

Bulgaria Climbs Five Positions in FIFA World Ranking

The Bulgarian men's national football team climbed four position in the latest FIFA/Coca-Cola World Ranking, which was released on Thursday.

At present, Bulgaria occupies 62nd position with 537 points, being between the teams of Peru and Australia.

Thus, Bulgaria improved its performance from last month with five positions and 32 points.

Syria Talks Continue in Moscow

Negotiations over the Syria crisis are currently taking place in the Russian capital Moscow.

The talks that are also attended by representatives of the regime in Syria and some opposition leaders will continue until April 9.

The Syrian delegation in Moscow was headed by the country's ambassador to the UN, Bashar Ja'afari.

Giant prehistoric egg seized at Italian airport

An Italian man was caught trying to send a giant prehistoric egg worth more than 90,000 euros ($97,000) to the United States, Italian customs officials said March 19.
      
Authorities at Bergamo Airport in the country's northeast discovered the egg -- which measured 50 centimetres (20 inches) in length and 75 centimetre in diameter -- in a  parcel destined for Los Angeles.
