The Forum of Exporters of Gas is an international, intergovernmental organization established in 2008.
Turkish vessel responds to Greek ship's emergency call
A Turkish naval frigate responded to an emergency call from a Greek registered merchant vessel in the Indian Ocean late on Sept. 7, the Turkish Naval Forces has said.
According to a statement, the call came from the Greek ship "Aegean Angel" to the Turkish frigate TCG Giresun for the Greek ship's injured crew.

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan on May 8 said he aimed to boost economic and military ties with Arab Gulf states, as talks on a free trade zone deal pushed ahead.
Erdoğan, who is expected in Kuwait on May 9, said Ankara was involved in "high level strategic dialogue" with the six-nation Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), the state-run KUNA news agency reported.
