Albanian police on Wednesday said they had arrested 38-year-old Alban Haki Elezi, from the village of Frakull, near the town of Kavaja in central Albania, acting on an Interpol warrant issued by the Italian authorities.

"His arrest was carried out based on a warrant issued by Interpol Rome and a ruling issued by a court in Brescia, on suspicion of terrorist acts," the statement said.

Interpol and Europol will assist the Bulgarian Interior Ministry in the investigation on the murdered baby boy, found in a suitcase near Bulgaria's Pasarel on Saturday.

The photo portrait of the child will be distributed to the police organizations that will provide the information to all member-states.

Bogoljub Karic's big return

Bogoljub Karic, businessman and leader of "Serbian power movement" will be back in Serbia only if indictment against him about "Mobtel" affair is withdrawed.

According to "Blic", Karic, who lives in Moscow, where he escaped from Interpol's wanted list, has no intention of coming back to Serbia and risk of being arrested on the airport.

The Serbian prosecution said on Thursday that it has some findings about crimes committed by Yugoslav forces in April 1999 around the Kosovo town of Djakovica/Gjakova, but they don't incriminate MP Momir Stojanovic.

Prosecution has "no evidence" against SNS MP

BELGRADE -- According to the findings of the Serbian prosecution, Momir Stojanovic "does not appear as a potential perpetrator of war crimes."

"State doesn't take Interpol warrants lightly"

BELGRADE -- The state "does not take lightly" the Interpol arrest warrant for a national assembly member from the ruling SNS, says Interior Minister Nebojsa Stefanovic.

The warrant for the arrest of MP Momir Stojanovic is based on a war crimes indictment raised in Kosovo.

A 40-year-old man was arrested on Tuesday in Athens after allegedly luring a minor into a mini van in view of sexually abusing him. According to initial reports, the suspect owns a super market on Eleftherias Square in the area of Korydallos, southeastern Attica.

Vucic comments on Blair's trip to Belgrade

BELGRADE -- Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic says former British Prime Minister Tony Blair's trip to Belgrade earlier in the week "did not cost Serbia a penny."

Referring to his deputy's statement made on Thursday, reporters asked the prime minister whether he "chatted and drank coffee" with Blair.
