SKOPJE - Five of the 40 armed people who have attacked a border post in the village of Gosince in northern Macedonia have been identified, the Macedonian Alfa television has reported.

PRISTINA -- Austrian member of European parliament (MEP) Ulrike Lunacek believes that Serbia should annul a verdict its courts passed against Hashim Thaci.
Lunacek, who is EP's rapporteur for Kosovo, stated that the verdict was passed "during the rule of Slobodan Milosevic."

SKOPJE -- 40 armed and masked persons wearing the insignia of the KLA early on Tuesday seized a police outpost in the Macedonian village of Gosnice, Lipkovo municipality.
The KLA (Albanian: UCK) is the now disbanded so-called Kosovo Liberation Army. The Lipkovo municipality is located in northern Macedonia.

Kosovo FM to Attend Belgrade Conference, Risks Being Arrested
Serbian Interior Minister Nebojsa Stefanovic announced on Thursday that the Foreign Minister of Kosovo Hashim Thaci risks being arrested if he attends a conference in Belgrade next week.
Stefanovic explained that in case Thaci comes to Serbia, the Interior Ministry will take action in accordance with the law and bring him to justice, Tanjug state news agency reports.
US Warns Kosovo: Approve New War Court Quickly
US ambassador Tracey Ann Jacobson said on Thursday that the United States could not continue to block attempts by permanent UN Security Council member Russia to form a tribunal for Kosovo if Pristina fails to approve the formation of the new special court to try senior Kosovo Liberation Army figures for serious crimes during and after the 1998-99 war.
