BELGRADE -- Metropolitan Ilarion Alfeyev has said that Moscow wants to mediate in the church dispute between Belgrade and Skopje.
This is according to the Religious Information Agency (VIA), which referred to him as "the second most senior official" of the Russian Orthodox Church.
