New Israeli airstrikes hit Gaza

Israeli airstrikes on Gaza were reported early on Aug. 29.

Strikes hit a location used by Hamas' armed wing, Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades and a farm, according to an Anadolu Agency reporter, citing witnesses.

Palestinian authorities did not comment about if the strikes caused any casualties.

Israel carries out airstrikes on Gaza Strip

Israeli warplanes carried out airstrikes early on June 16 on positions in the Gaza Strip belonging to the Palestinian resistance group Hamas. 

The Israeli army said in a statement that it targeted Hamas compounds, including in the al-Yarmouk area east of Khan Younis city.

It also bombed a position in the Zeitoun neighborhood.

Israel continues attacks on Gaza

Two more Palestinians were killed in Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip taking the death toll from the offensive to 221, the Palestinian Health Ministry said May 19.

The fatalities include 63 children and 36 women.

Two more Palestinians were injured taking the total number of casualties to 1,507.

Turkish president, FM discuss Palestine with Pakistani counterpart

Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu on May 18 met his Pakistani counterpart Shah Mahmood Qureshi in Ankara to discuss the situation in Palestine amid continual Israeli bombardment.

Discussed Israel's atrocities in Palestine, our relations and Afghan peace process, Çavuşoğlu said on Twitter.

Gaza reels under Israeli strikes as attacks enters second week

The death toll from the ongoing Israeli attacks on the besieged Gaza Strip has risen to 212, the Palestinian Health Ministry said on May 17.

The grim figure includes 61 children, 35 women and 16 elderly people, the ministry said in a statement, while 1,400 people have been injured during the offensive.
