Dodik Party Emerges Victor in Bosnia Local Elections
While the final results of Sunday's Bosnian local elections are still coming in, the party led by Milorad Dodik, President of Republika Srpska, appears to have emerged the biggest winner.
According to the preliminary results, Dodik's Alliance of Independent Social Democrats, SNSD, won more than 30 mayoral posts in Republika Srpska, 11 more than in the previous elections in 2012.

Constitutional Court Ruling Adds to Bosnia's Turmoil
The Bosnian Serb proposal to reform Bosnia's Constitutional Court caused a stir in the House of Representatives of parliament on Wednesday after the Constitutional Commission - in charge of examining the constitutionality of draft laws before they are submitted to the chamber - rejected it.
Bosnian Serb Party Demands Top Court's Reform
The Serbian Democratic Party, which is part of the governing national coalition in Bosnia and Herzegovina, said it will present a proposal for a new law on the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The proposal will be submitted during the next session of parliament's House of the Representatives, Aleksandra Pandurevic, an SDS MP, told BIRN on Tuesday.

Russia Repeats Call for Closure of Bosnia's OHR
Twenty years after Bosnian war ended, calls are again being heard for the closure of the Office of the High Representative, OHR, the international authority in charge of implementing aspects of the 1995 Dayton Peace Agreement.
In an official statement, the Russian Foreign Ministry recently demanded the closure of the Office.

Bosnian Police Raid Bank Linked to Dodik
Bosnia's State Intelligence and Protection Agency, SIPA, raided the premises of Pavlovic International Bank in the northeastern Bosnian town of Bijeljina on Wednesday.
They entered the bank "under a mandate given by the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which is investigating a possible case of illegal transactions", the spokesperson of SIPA confirmed to BIRN.

Bosnian Serb Opposition Challenge Controversial Loan
Opposition parties in Republika Srpska have announced legal action against the leadership of Bosnia's Serb-dominated entity for taking out a controversial loan.
They will legally challenge legality and constitutionality of this financial transaction, opposition leaders told a session of the National Assembly on Wednesday.
Bosnian Serb Blocs Prepare for Assembly Duel
Accusations and allegations are flying around the mainly Serbian entity in Bosnia as the two main political blocs shape up for a potentially decisive duel in the entity assembly.
The struggle, which has been steadily escalating, will test which of the two blocs now controls the almost evenly divided assembly ahead of the 2016 local elections.

On Thursday evening, MPs adopted a conclusion condemning the attack on Zvornik police station as a terrorist act.
