Borchardt: There is no 5,000 names list
PRISTINA - EULEX Head Berndt Borchardt Judge denied allegations about existence of a list of 5,000 names of Serbs to be arrested in Kosovo-Metohija (KiM), adding that a judge will decide if guarantees the Serbian government gave are sufficient to release four Serbs currently in detention in Kosovo-Metohija (KiM).

Djuric: Rakic's victory - confirmation of state policy

Lawsuits will not be dropped
BELGRADE - The deputy prime ministers of Serbia and Croatia, Aleksandar Vucic and Vesna Pusic respectively, have said that the two countries will not drop mutual lawsuits for genocide before the International Court of Justice (ICJ), but they agree that this is the issue of the past which must not encumber the present relations.

Dacic: Serbs in KiM should vote in parliamentary elections
BELGRADE - Ivica Dacic, Serbia's outgoing prime minister, said at a meeting with Head of the EU Delegation to Serbia Michael Davenport on Thursday that the Serbian government insists that the parliamentary elections should take place on March 16 in Serbia and Kosovo-Metohija (KiM) with the assistance of the international missions.
