BELGRADE - At a briefing for foreign ambassadors on Serbia's UNESCO Executive Board candidacy, FM Ivica Dacic said on Friday Serbia advocated a strengthening of multilateralism as a foundation for its further activities in the broader international framework.

BELGRADE - Serbian First Deputy PM and FM Ivica Dacic met with Iraqi Parliament Speaker Mohammed Al-Halbousi in Belgrade on Tuesday.

Welcoming Al-Halbousi, Dacic noted the significance Serbia attached to its relations with Iraq, based on traditional friendship, mutual trust and solidarity between the two peoples, the Serbian Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement.

BELGRADE - Serbian First Deputy PM and FM Ivica Dacic received Norway's newly-appointed Ambassador to Belgrade Kristin Melsom on Thursday to discuss bilateral cooperation and the security situation in Kosovo-Metohija.

Welcoming Melsom, Dacic wished her success in her ambassadorial tenure in Serbia, the Serbian Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement.

NEW YORK - Serbian FM Ivica Dacic and the Philippines' FM Enrique Manalo met on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly in New York and signed a memorandum on understanding and political consultations between their foreign ministries.
