Predrag Milincic, Market Director of Mars Bulgaria: Nutrition trends on the industry challenge the food producers all over the world

 

Predrag Milincic is a market director of Mars Bulgaria and also of the other countries from the region - Serbia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Kosovo and Albania. Before joining the team of the food producer he worked for Coca Cola for 15 years. Predrag Milincic holds a master degree on management from Sheffield University.

Keeping Greece in the euro may have nothing to do with finances

A bronze statue of Harry S. Truman stands unguarded in the side of a busy Athens road, a reminder of Greece's post-World War II position as a strategic bulwark for the U.S. and Europe.

If euro-area policy makers overcome their frustration over Greek financial brinkmanship and cough up more aid, it will be in no small part because of that role.

Culinary exchanges

The crowd was anxious to hear. Young chefs were waiting nervously, hoping that their names would be called. The winning team would have a big reward: a trip to Turkey. This was at the "Skills for Chefs" event last July at Sheffield University. As part of the event, a competition was dedicated to encourage talented teams; "Young Restaurant Team of the Year" had a very special treat.

Chefs with skills

It was only the day before his departure that Chef Cem Erol of the MSA learned about the bad news. He was about to leave for Sheffield University to participate in the event “Skills for Chefs,” where he was to prepare a special dinner for 150 chefs and conduct six workshops in a row. The bad news was his kitchen team of four could not get their visas to enter the U.K.
