Kosovo Seeks 'Consensus' For Fresh Serbia Talks
In an open letter published on Monday, the speaker of the Assembly of Kosovo, Kadri Veseli, has presented his own "consensual platform" for the EU-led talks with Serbia in Brussels, following the proposal of the government for a "state platform" on the talks.

Video: Rival Kosovo MPs Scuffle over Activist's Death
A Kosovo parliamentary debate on the death of Astrit Dehari, an activist from the Vetevendosje party, was interrupted when a minister from the ruling party said the issue was being "instrumentalised" in the interest of "pro-Russian circles".
Kosovo Court Frees Activists Who Attacked Assembly
The Appeals Court in Pristina on Monday ordered the release of three opposition Vetevendosje party activists, including an MP, who were convicted of throwing a grenade at the parliament building in 2016 and given substantial jail terms.
The court overturned the original verdicts and returned the case to the Basic Court of Pristina for retrial.

Kosovo Stalls Again on Montenegro Border Vote
Kosovo MPs have again postoned a decision on whether or not to ratify a vexed border demarcation agreement with Montenegro, set for Thursday.
The vote failed as a result of the decision of the government to turn the vote into a package, by including two additional documents.

Kosovars in a Flap Over Roundabout Flag
A decision to change the flag waving from a tall pole at at the entrance to Pristina, at the place known as "the roundabout", has divided the public in Kosovo.
Up until Tuesday, the red and black Albanian national flag waved from the pole - but Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj then gave an order to replace it with Kosovo's own flag.

Kosovo Court Finds Four Opposition MPs Guilty
Pristina Basic Court on Wednesday found four MPs from Kosovo's main opposition Vetevendosje party - Albin Kurti, Donika Kadaj-Bujupi, Albulena Haxhiu and Faton Topalli - guilty of letting off tear gas in parliament on 2015.
None will go to jail as all of them received conditional sentences.

Kosovo Court Releases Detained Vetevendosje MPs
The former leader of Kosovo's main opposition party, MP Albin Kurti and another Vetevendosje MP, Donika Kadaj-Bujupi, were released from detention on Friday after their arrest on November 24 on charges of letting off tear gas in parliament on 2015.

Call for Campus Mosque Causes Storm in Kosovo
The newly elected deputy mayor of Pristina, Selim Pacolli, from the Alliance New Kosovo party, has sparked a row after telling a TV station on Wednesday that he supported building a mosque on the campus of Pristina University, if the university was relocated.
