Hillary Clinton mounted a sharp attack on White House rival Bernie Sanders on Feb. 4, accusing her Democratic challenger of waging a smear campaign and warning his promises of revolution "don't add up."

US President Barack Obama announced a $450 million plan to fund Colombia's peace process on Feb. 4, shaking up a controversial military aid program that defined relations for 15 years.
