Int’l funds ‘will be at your doorstep on May 15’
The Istanbul Finance Center (IFC) is an important project for the Turkish economy that will allow international funds to flow into the country, Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Minister Murat Kurum has stated.
"The Istanbul Finance Center project will have a very important place in the future of the Turkish economy," Kurum said at a news conference at the IFC.

Turkey attracted $2.2 billion in investments in the first quarter of 2018, Arda Ermut, the president of Turkey's Investment Support and Promotion Agency (ISPAT), said on June 7.
Austrian company to set up paper mill in Turkey for 300 million euros
Hamburger Containerboard, which is a part of Austrian company Prinzhorn Holding, will establish a paper mill in the western Turkish province of Kütahya in an investment worth 300 million euros, Turkey's investment agency announced on Sept. 13.
The factory is slated to be completed in 2020 and create 500 new jobs, read the statement, Reuters reported.
Erdoğan in US urges for more investments in Turkey
Turkey's President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan encouraged approximately 40 international investors he met during his visit to the U.S. on May 15 and 16 to intensify investments in Turkey, a written statement from the meeting's coordinator, the Investment Support and Promotion Agency of Turkey (ISPAT), said on May 17.

Foreign investment in Turkey rises by third: State agency
