Gojkovic: Vucic to take oath on May 30 or 31, or June 1
BELGRADE - Serbian President-elect Aleksandar Vucic will take his oath of office on May 30 or May 31, or June 1, Serbian Parliament Speaker Maja Gojkovic announced on Friday.
Responding to reporters' questions in the parliament building, Gojkovic said the deadlines mandated by law would thus be met, and that the exact date would be announced as soon as it was established.
Gojkovic holds meetings in Doha
DOHA - Serbian Parliament Speaker Maja Gojkovic has held bilateral meetings with the Speaker of the Advisory Council of the State of Qatar Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khulaifi and FM Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani to discuss possibilities for enhancing relations between Serbia and Qatar and developing parliamentary cooperation, as well as other matters of mutual interest.

BELGRADE - Speaker Maja Gojkovic has called the second sitting of the first regular session of the Serbian parliament for Friday, April 21, the parliament announced in a statement on Tuesday.
On the agenda will be bills on biomedically assisted insemination and transfusion medicine, both of which have been tabled by the Serbian government.
