Gojkovic holds meetings in Doha

DOHA - Serbian Parliament Speaker Maja Gojkovic has held bilateral meetings with the Speaker of the Advisory Council of the State of Qatar Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khulaifi and FM Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani to discuss possibilities for enhancing relations between Serbia and Qatar and developing parliamentary cooperation, as well as other matters of mutual interest.

Gojkovic, who is attending the 17th international Doha Forum, noted Serbia was committed to developing versatile cooperation with Qatar, highlighting the significance of continuing intensive political dialogue in that regard and a planned visit to Serbia by Qatar's Emir, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the Serbian parliament said in a statement.
