Slovenia asks for extension of recovery plan assessment
Brussels – Slovenia has asked for an extension of the two-month term for the assessment of its national recovery and resilience plan along with Poland, Sweden, Croatia and Romania. The European Commission has granted the request and the deadline has been extended by two weeks.
EU court rules Slovenia breached inviolability of ECB archives
Luxembourg – The European Court of Justice has ruled that Slovenia breached the inviolability of ECB archives in a 2016 police search of archives at the country’s central bank that was part of an investigation into the 2013 bank bailout.
