Slovenia to get 100,000 doses of AstraZeneca vaccine fewer than planned
Ljubljana – A new shipment of the AstraZeneca vaccine arrived in Slovenia on Thursday, containing 14,400 shots, the National Institute of Public Health (NIJZ) told the STA. However, in the next couple of weeks, 100,000 doses fewer than planned will be supplied, the NIJZ added.

Coronavirus epidemic shows no signs of easing
Ljubljana – Slovenia recorded 480 new coronavirus cases on Sunday, a three-week Sunday high, as the epidemic shows no signs of easing, according to data released by the government. 52 more Covid-19 patients died, taking the overall death toll to 1,796.
The latest cases are from 1,751 coronavirus tests, which means that the test positivity rate remains a high 27.41%.

Slovenia: COVID-19 Spread is Under Control
Slovenia, a mountainous nation of two million people, has become the first European country to proclaim an end to the coronavirus epidemic at home.
The European Union state's government said on Friday the COVID-19 spread is under control and there is no longer a need for extraordinary health measures.
