BANJA LUKA -- Milorad Dodik was on Wednesday traveling to Armenia at the invitation President Serzh Sargsyan, but his plane did not receive the permission to fly over Turkey.
After several hours of waiting in Bulgaria, the plane on Wednesday afternoon returned to Banja Luka.

POTOCARI -- President of the Serb Republic (RS) Milorad Dodik on Thursday laid a wreath for Bosniak (Muslim) victims at the Potocari Memorial Center near Srebrenica.
This was Dodik's first visit to the memorial, the Beta news agency reported, adding that his visit was announced at the start of the year and postponed twice.

NOVI SAD - Bosnia-Herzegovina (BiH) Ambassador to Serbia Ranko Skrbic told Tanjug on Wednesday that he has tendered an irrevocable resignation.
