Gojkovic: Chapters 23, 24 confirm path towards modern state
BELGRADE - Serbia is committed to building a modern society firmly based on the values of the Council of Europe, Serbian Parliament Speaker Maja Gojkovic said in Strasbourg Thursday, noting the opening of chapters 23 and 24 in the EU accession talks was another confirmation the country was on the right track to become an orderly and modern state.
