Russia, Iran and Turkey to meet in Astana
Russia, Iran and Turkey are expected to discuss the modalities of a cease-fire they brokered in Syria at a meeting in Astana on Feb. 6 amid Turkey's mounting concerns that Syrian regime forces and its Shiite militia allies have violated the truce in opposition-held Wadi Barada and Eastern Ghouta.

Turkey returns to the Syria table
An important meeting will take place in London today in which the future of Syria will be discussed with the participation of Riyad Hijab, the general coordinator of the High Negotiations Committee (HNC) and the representative of Syrian opposition forces, who will make a presentation about his vision on the political transition process in the war-torn country.

Turkey to join UK-led meeting on Syria's future
Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu is to attend a meeting in London, in which the future of Syria will be discussed amid an ongoing operation into its southern neighbor to push jihadists off the Turkish border.
"Our minister will attend the meeting on Syria under British Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson on Sept. 7," read a statement issued by the Foreign Ministry on Sept. 6.
