Terrorists attack vehicle carrying officials near Turkish border
A rocket hit an armored vehicle carrying Turkish customs personnel in an attack near the border with Iran, killing one person and injuring others, Turkish officials said, adding that clashes were underway in the area.
The terror attack occurred in the Gürbulak district, 3 kilometers from Turkey's border gate with Iran.
Greece calls out Turkish 'disinformation' on migrants
Greece's foreign ministry says Turkey engages in a disinformation campaign concerning the number of migrants who have entrered Greek territory from Turkey.
The response came hours after a tweet by Turkey's Interior Minister Suleyman Soylu tweeted that "As of 09.55 hours [8:55 a.m. Greece time], the number of immigrants leaving our country via Edirne is 76 thousand 358."
Turkey's Soylu: 76,358 migrants headed to border
Turkey's Interior Minister Suleyman Soylu claims, in a Twitter post, that 76,358 migrants had passed through the border city of Edirne by Sunday morning on their way to the border crossing with Greece.
"As of 09.55 hours, the number of immigrants leaving our country via Edirne is 76 thousand 358," said Soylu, according to the Demiroren News Agency.

Turkey deported more than 7,900 foreign fighters: Minister
Turkey has deported 7,918 foreign terrorists of 102 different nationalities so far, Interior Minister Süleyman Soylu said on Feb. 27.
Speaking to Anadolu Agency, Soylu stated that Turkey also banned the entry of over 90,000 foreigners affiliated with terrorist organizations.
Schools in eastern Van temporarily closed after quake

Gov’t, MHP slam ‘new coup’ rumors
Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) leader Devlet Bahçeli on Feb. 18 stressed that coming up with rumors that a new coup attempt in Turkey was underway was a "betrayal to the country."
"If anyone considers a coup d'état, they would see the resistance of the 82 million of Turkey," he said, speaking at his party's parliamentary group meeting.
