Zagreb – A consortium of the Slovenian company Kolektor CPG and Italy’s ICM has won the public tender in Croatia to construct a by-pass road in the coastal town of Novi Vinodolski, the national motorway company Hrvatske Autoceste (HAC) confirmed for the STA on Monday.

A Bulgarian driver has been found dead behind the wheel of his truck on the A7 motorway in the department of Isere in southeastern France, AFP reported on Wednesday.

"The autopsy took place this morning and revealed blows that hadn't been detected during the initial examination," AFP quoted a French prosecution official as saying. "Obviously, he had been beaten."

The Hellenic Air Force pilot of an A7 Corsair attack aircraft that went down during military exercises in the mountainous north of Greece was confirmed safe by military sources on Tuesday.
