Taylor Swift closed the 2023 U.S. leg of her landmark Eras Tour Wednesday night in Los Angeles in a big way, announcing the fourth edition of her re-recording project: "1989 (Taylor's Version)."

Andrew Fletcher, a founding member of the British electronic band Depeche Mode, had died aged 60, the band announced on May 26.

"We are shocked and filled with overwhelming sadness with the untimely passing of our dear friend, family member, and bandmate Andy 'Fletch' Fletcher," it said on Twitter.
