Bulgaria, Italy Tied 2:2 in EURO Qualifier

The teams of Bulgaria and Italy are tied 2:2 in a EURO 2016 qualifiers game played Saturday at the Vasil Levski Stadium in Sofia, Bulgaria.

This comes after Bulgaria had been leading for more than an hour in a match that to a large extent will determine its chances for the EURO 2016 championship.

Greek federation backs injured Holebas

The Greek soccer federation on Friday insisted that international defender Jose Holebas had been dropped from team training in Austria because of injury and not for any other reason.

Media reports out of Italy said that the 30-year-old player had trained normally with his Roma squad after departing from Austria on Tuesday.

Sneijder talks tough for Turkey match

Dutch midfielder and captain Wesley Sneijder says the Netherlands want a win against Turkey in their UEFA Euro 2016 qualification match in Amsterdam on March 28, despite the squad being dogged by injuries.

The Galatasaray star told Anadolu Agency they will try to do their best against Turkey despite the absence of two of the squad's regulars, Arjen Robben and Robin van Persie.

New Tetra Pak warehouse opens in Gornji Milanovac

GORNJI MILANOVAC - Swiss packaging giant Tetra Pak opened on Tuesday a new warehouse for finished products in Gornji Milanovac, western Serbia, as part of the company's investment totaling EUR 11.9 million over the past two years.

The new warehouse, covering an area of 4,000 square meters, is planned to employ 38 people.
