Church Supporters Rally in Montenegro to Denounce Property Law
Saturday's Church council comes after the Montenegrin government adopted a draft law which included a register of all religious objects and sites that were formerly owned by the independent kingdom of Montenegro before it became part of the Serb-dominated Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes in 1918.
Most Balkan States Adopt UN Migration Pact
More than 150 UN member states signed the Global Compact for Safe and Orderly Migration on Monday in Marrakech, Morocco - which has caused controversy in Balkan countries as it has done elsewhere.

Official: Bulgaria will not Join the UN Pact on Migration
Bulgaria has refrained from joining the Global Pact on Safe, Regulated and Regular Migration, the government decided. Our country will not participate with its official representatives at the Intergovernmental Conference to Adopt the Pact, to be held in Morocco on 10 and 11 December.
Bulgaria Sets Aside Day to Honour Anti-Nazis
At its last meeting for the year on Wednesday, Bulgaria's outgoing government adopted a proposal to establish a commemoration day in honour of Bulgarians who fought against Nazi Germany. The proposal was submitted by the Defence Minister Nikolay Nenchev.

Dacic: We must respect legacy of our ancestors
BELGRADE - The 69th anniversary of the breakthrough of the Axis lines on the Syrmian Front and the final battles for Yugoslavia's liberation from Nazi occupation in World War II was marked in Adasevci near Sid, northwestern Serbia.
Serbian Prime Minister Ivica Dacic laid a wreath on the behalf of the government at the Syrmian Front memorial and paid tribute to the victims.
