Boeing 737 AEW&C

United States aerospace giant Boeing and Turkish Aerospace Industries (TAI) signed an agreement on elevator production for the 737 MAX aircraft on May 22 in Kahramankazan, a district in the capital Ankara.

Boeing delivered the fourth and final Peace Eagle Airborne Early Warning & Control (AEW&C) aircraft to the Turkish Air Force at Konya Air Base in Central Anatolia on Dec. 9, completing the Turkish AEW&C fleet and enhancing Turkey's airspace surveillance and battle management capabilities.

Boeing has delivered the third Peace Eagle Airborne Early Warning and Control (AEW&C) aircraft to the Turkish Armed Forces, further increasing the country’s self-defense capabilities.

The AEW&C aircraft was delivered on schedule on Sept. 4 at Konya Air Base, the fleet’s main operating base. Boeing is scheduled to deliver the fourth aircraft for the program in 2015.
