Artifacts unearthed during excavations at the ancient city of Sagalassos in the southern province of Burdur's A?lasun district and put on display at the Burdur Archaeology Museum draw thousands of visitors every year. 

Excavations in the ancient city of Kibyra in the southern province of Burdur?s Gölhisar district have unearthed a 1,800-year-old bath. The bath is said to be from the Roman era and is 5,400 square meters.
