CeSID: SNS wins
BELGRADE - The Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) won the early parliamentary elections in Serbia, and the new parliament could comprise seven parties, as three parties are hovering around the election threshold of five percent, Program Director of the Center for Free Elections and Democracy (CeSID) Djordje Vukovic at the last press conference on Sunday.

DSS-Dveri coalition inks agreement with pensioner union
Democratic Party of Serbia (DSS) leader Sanda Raskovic-Ivic has said that pensions must be returned to the level they were at before the cuts.
Serbian PM on Course for Election Landslide
New opinion polls from Factor Plus polling agency show that Prime Minister's Aleksandar Vucic's Serbian Progressive Party is on course for a landslide win in the next parliament.
Vucic called early elections on April 24 on Tuesday night, describing them as "a referendum on whether Serbia wants to be a modern European country in 2020, whether it wants the future or the past".

Ukraine places Serbian politicians on "list of criminals"
A delegation of two Serbian parties - the DSS and Dveri - that this week visited Crimea has been placed on "a list of criminals," Dveri said in a statement.
According to it, the list is maintained by the Center for Investigation of Crimes against National Security of Ukraine.
Right-wing movement registers as party
The Serbian Movement Dveri has been registered as a political party, and its representatives are saying they are "ready for provincial and local elections."
They also stress they are "ready for early parliamentary elections, if they are called."

Serbian police to ban planned anti-migrant rallies
The Serbian Ministry of Interior (MUP) will ban anti-migrant gatherings planned for August 31 "by organizations such are Dveri, Nasi and Obraz."
