Royal Family marks 20th anniversary of return to Elisabeta Palace of King Mihai I and Queen Anne

The 20th anniversary of the return to Elisabeta Palace of King Mihai (Michael) of Romania and Queen Anne is marked in a documentary published on Facebook on Monday by the Royal House. "On May 18, 2001, King Mihai and Queen Anne returned home to Elisabeta Palace, having become by Parliament vote the King's residence during his lifetime.

An outdoor exhibition dedicated to Polish and Romanian women who had the courage to change the world will be inaugurated on Thursday at the southern Pitesti Prison Memorial. The event is organized in collaboration with the Polish Institute in Romania.

Elisabeta Palace Royal Exhibition opens to the public this week

The Elisabeta Palace Royal Exhibition will be open to the public between April 8 - 25 and May 8 - June 6, Thursday through Sunday between 10:00 - 13:00 and 14:00 -17:00. In July, August, September, October and November the exhibition will be open in periods that will be announced later, the Royal Family of Romania said in a Facebook post.
