BELGRADE - Serbian Defence Minister Bratislav Gasic and Greek Ambassador to Serbia Constantine Economides agreed on Tuesday that the two countries have a tradition of good and friendly relations and that cooperation in all fields of mutual interest must be stepped up.

BELGRADE - Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic said Tuesday that those responsible for the attacks on bakeries and shops that had occurred over the past few days in several towns in Vojvodina had been arrested.

Montenegro's Interior Ministry told BIRN on Tuesday that an historic agreement on the exact meeting point of the three Balkan states will be signed as soon as the three governments set a precise date.

2015 budget to be adopted on time - PM

BELGRADE -- Prime Minister Aleksandar Vučić said on Tuesday the 2015 state budget would be "prepared on time, like in previous years."

"Economic parameters of importance to the country "improved in the current and previous months," he added.

Russia, Ukraine and the EU began crunch gas talks on Oct. 21 to resolve a bitter price dispute and end fears that Moscow could halt crucial energy supplies to Europe this winter.
