Turkish, Russian foreign ministers to meet in Belgrade at 4:30 pm Istanbul time

Lavrov "won't be evading" Turkish counterpart in Belgrade
Russia's Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov on Wednesday said he was "willing to meet his Turkish counterpart" during the OSCE summit in Belgrade this week.
AFP is reporting this will be "the two countries' first high-level face-to-face talks since Ankara shot down one of Moscow's warplanes" in Syria.

Russia to Suspend Visa-free Travel Regime with Turkey from 2016
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has said that Russia will suspend its visa-free regime with Turkey from the beginning of next year.
"This is directly linked with the security of Russia and our citizens," TASS quoted Lavrov as saying following a meeting with Syria's Foreign Minister Walid Muallem in Moscow.
